Cutrone: ‘Milan a real team now’

Patrick Cutrone credited Milan teamwork with their 2-0 victory away to Roma. “I’m even happier because I scored a goal too!”

The teenager is the Rossoneri’s top scorer this season and added to that with a delightful back-heel flick on Suso’s cross at the Stadio Olimpico.

“I am so happy! It’s an important win, one that will make a difference. I’m even happier because I scored a goal too!” Cutrone told Mediaset Premium.

“We are really united now and I think the victory is down to the group, as we’ve proved we are a fine team unit. The Coach really cares about the squad and we’ve come together under him.”

Next week there’s the Derby della Madonnina with Inter, who are in fourth place.

“Now we have to focus on Wednesday and Lazio, as we want to reach the Coppa Italia Final.”

The first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final ended 0-0 at San Siro last month.
