Roma are reportedly on the verge of a deal for Croatian talent Ante Coric of Dinamo Zagreb.
The creative midfielder is only 20-years-old, but is already a Croatian international with two caps to his name.
According to calciomercato.com, the youngster is set to join the Giallorossi in the summer, for a fee of around €12m.
While no official offer has yet been made due to Financial Fair Play constraints, the Croatian club have agreed to that fee, with the Lupi beating off competition from Liverpool.
Sporting director Monchi has been following the midfielder for over a year, according to the website.
Coric is seen as the heir to Luka Modric, though he plays further forward then the Real Madrid man.
