French reports claim Milan are in close contact with Adrien Rabiot’s entourage to arrange a free transfer for the Paris Saint-Germain rebel.
The 23-year-old midfielder’s current contract will expire at the end of the season and he is refusing to pen a new deal.
Numerous clubs have been linked with a potential swoop, including Juventus, Roma and Inter.
According to Le10Sport.com, Milan directors Leonardo and Paolo Maldini have been in frequent contact with Rabiot’s entourage in recent weeks.
They are laying the groundwork for a possible free transfer in June 2019, or at least to get the advantage if PSG sell at a cut price in January.
