Kluivert breaks two records

Justin Kluivert set two new records when he found the net in Roma’s 5-0 Champions League victory over Viktoria Plzen.

The son of former Milan, Ajax and Barcelona star Patrick Kluivert got his first goal in a Giallorossi jersey this evening.

Aged 19 years and 150 days, it made him the youngest player to score for Roma in the modern version of the Champions League.

That wasn’t his only record, as Kluivert is also the youngest ever Dutch player to score for a foreign club in this competition.

He beat the previous achievement by Ola John for Benfica in 2012, aged 20 years and 185 days.
