Roma sporting director Monchi is thought to be keen to remove the release clauses in the contracts of Kostas Manolas and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
The pair have both been linked with moves away due to their relatively low release clauses.
Chelsea were touted to pay Manolas’ €36m clause in the summer, but last week it was reported the player himself is keen to remove or raise it.
Pellegrini, meanwhile has been linked with Juventus and Inter, as his €30m clause is valid in Italy.
As a result, reports Corriere dello Sport, Monchi is considering offering both an adjusted salary while removing or raising their release clauses.
