Matteo Politano and Marco Benassi have received two-match bans, while Roma miss both Steven Nzonzi and Bryan Cristante against Milan.
The Disciplinary Commission announced that Inter forward Politano would be penalised for insulting the referee, which earned him a straight red card in the 1-0 defeat to Torino.
Fiorentina midfielder Benassi blocked the ball on the line with his arm, giving away a penalty, and had already been on a yellow card anyway, so that bumped his suspension up to two rounds.
Roma have been hard hit, because they lose both first choice midfielders Nzonzi and Cristante due to the accumulation of yellow cards.
Also banned for one game each are Federico Mattiello (Bologna), Fabian Ruiz (Napoli), Nicolò Barella (Cagliari), Francesco Cassata (Frosinone), Filip Helander (Bologna), Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio), Andrea Petagna (SPAL), Dennis Praet (Sampdoria) and Leandro Rolon (Genoa).
Milan have been fined €15,000 for ‘territorial discrimination’ chants against Naples during the 0-0 draw with Napoli, while Roma were fined €12,000 for fans throwing fireworks.
