Bryan Cristante has officially renewed his contract with Roma to June 2024. “I believe in the project we are building here. This is where I want to be.”
The 24-year-old is currently out of action with a serious thigh injury, but is expected back in training at the end of this month.
He had joined from Atalanta for €26m in the summer of 2018 and was under contract to June 2023.
“I’m delighted to renew my contract,” Cristante told the Roma website.
“This is where I want to be, to keep on improving; I believe in the project we are building here and I think it can be very successful.”
The midfielder has made 54 competitive appearances for the Giallorossi, scoring five goals.
This announcement comes a day after Aleksandar Kolarov also announced he had extended his Roma contract.
