Elseid Hysaj will be a free agent on June 30, but his agent admits he is open to extending with Napoli ‘if an offer is made.’
The Albania international’s deal is running down and he has been heavily linked with a free transfer to Milan, Roma or Lazio.
“I haven’t heard from Napoli, so I continued discussions with other clubs instead,” agent Mario Giuffredi told Radio Punto Nuovo.
“We have not signed for anybody. If an offer is made, we will evaluate it, and that includes Napoli. We have nothing against staying with Napoli.
“They aren’t the only club with uncertainty around who the coach will be, but all the coaches I’ve seen linked with Napoli would like Hysaj to stay. He’s close to Gennaro Gattuso and Maurizio Sarri, while Max Allegri and Luciano Spalletti might appreciate him too.”
