Serie A: Roma-Inter brought forward

The first match of the 2017-18 Serie A season will be Juventus-Cagliari on August 19, while Roma-Inter is on Saturday August 26.

The full fixture list for the new campaign was drawn up this evening and you can find that HERE.

As it is August, the opening two rounds will be played in the evening to avoid the hot summer weather.

Champions of Italy Juventus start the season on home turf against Cagliari on Saturday August 19 at 17.00 UK time.

Verona-Napoli kicks off at 19.45 UK time that same day.

Atalanta-Roma is the early Sunday match on August 20 at 17.00 UK time, with most of the others at 19.45.

The only exception is Crotone-Milan, which will be on Monday August 21 at 19.45 UK time – but only if the Rossoneri qualify for the Europa League play-offs, otherwise it’ll be on Sunday at the same time.

As for the second round, Juventus again come forward to Saturday with their trip to Genoa at 17.00 UK time.

Roma-Inter is a massive fixture with Luciano Spalletti visiting his former club at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 UK time on August 26.

Torino-Sassuolo is at 17.00 UK time on Sunday August 27, with all the other matches from Week 2 on Sunday at 19.45 UK time.
