Nicolò Zaniolo has reportedly agreed a new contract with Roma holding him for five years, multiplying his salary by six.
The 19-year-old arrived for €4.5m as part of the deal taking Radja Nainggolan to Inter over the summer.
He has gone from strength to strength, scoring five goals with two assists in 28 competitive games for the club.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper, Zaniolo and his agent have already met with Roma to discuss his future at the Stadio Olimpico.
Despite interest from Juventus, Manchester United and Arsenal, the creative midfielder looks set to sign a new extension at Roma.
It would multiply his current €300,000 salary to a more than respectable €2m.
The new contract would run to June 2023.
