Mino Raiola and his cousin Vincenzo have won their appeals against a three-month ban, so can continue as normal negotiating deals this summer.
The pair had been suspended from transfer activity due to the Gianluca Scamacca case, when they were accused of poaching the now-Sassuolo player from his agents.
The Federal Court of Appeal in Italy accepted their version of events and decided to scrap the three-month ban, which would’ve run to August 9 for Mino.
Over the last few days, the CAS in Lausanne had already ruled that the ban would be suspended pending further review, but this is a complete turnaround.
Raiola represents numerous very big stars, including Paul Pogba, Mario Balotelli, Matthijs de Ligt and Lorenzo Insigne.
