Roma make late Hysaj move?

Roma have reportedly made an official approach for Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj, but they may have come in too late.

According to Sportitalia’s Alfredo Pedulla, the two clubs met today to discuss both the Kostas Manolas deal and the possibility of a move for the Albania international.

The Giallorossi could need a new right-back as Alessandro Florenzi has been linked with Inter, while Rick Karsdorp nor Davide Santon have been able to lock down a starting role.

However, Pedulla warns Atletico Madrid remain keen on the defender, amidst reports of a €20m fee being agreed with Napoli.
