James Pallotta should only be formalities away from handing Roma over to Dan Friedkin, who will reportedly sign the purchase on Wednesday.
The representatives have been drawing up the 12 different contracts of the 12 companies of Pallotta and Corriere dello Sport reports that the signature should be in place within three days.
The preliminary contracts for the handover from Pallotta to the group owned by Friedkin should be in New York on Wednesday and the change of hands seems to be only one step away.
Friedkin will allegedly purchase the club for about €720m including a series of clauses, and the newspaper has claimed the parties are only days away from starting to conclude the deal.
The second phase will start after the signatures and should reportedly end by mid-April. Corriere dello Sport reveals that Pallotta may be looking to invest in a football club in England.
