Lazio are looking at signing Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren this summer.
The Biancocelesti are close to returning to the Champions League for the first time in over a decade, and want to add some experience to their rear-guard.
Website Lalaziosiamo. It reports that the club are looking at signing Liverpool defender Lovren for next season.
Lovren’s contract with The Reds expires at the end of next season, and negotiations between the two parties over an extension have reportedly broken down.
The Croatian had been close to a move to Milan and Roma last season, before staying put in the Premier League.
Lazio would face competition from the likes of Tottenham, Milan, Lyon and Arsenal for his services.
The 30-year-old has played nine times for Liverpool in the Premier League.
He’s been at the club since the summer of 2014.
