Despite interest from clubs including PSG, Juventus and Manchester United, it’s reported Lorenzo Pellegrini is committed to staying with Roma.
The midfielder turns 24 next week and has a contract until June 2022, but that includes a release clause worth just €30m.
This has proved appetising for clubs ranging from Paris Saint-Germain to Juventus, Manchester United and Everton.
However, Sky Sport Italia and Tuttomercatoweb are confident Pellegrini is committed to the Giallorossi.
They are his hometown club and he came up through their youth academy, enjoying a two-year spell at Sassuolo before returning to base in 2017.
He made 24 competitive appearances so far this season, scoring three goals and providing an impressive 11 assists.
It’s believed Pellegrini will begin intensive negotiations soon to extend his deal and remove or raise the release clause.
