Former Roma President James Pallotta reacts to the stopped stadium project in Tor Di Valle. ‘Some jerk ruined this project’.
The stadium project in Tor di Valle has stopped, as the Giallorossi Board of Directors announced in a statement on the club’s official website.
“The conditions no longer exist to confirm the interest in the use of the stadium to be built as part of the current real estate project relating to the Tor Di Valle area,” the club said.
Former patron Pallotta, who started the Tor Di Valle project, commented on social media.
“I feel terrible for Rome and for Roma,” he wrote. “Some jerk (you know who I’m talking about) ruined this great project for everyone. It’s sad.”
